Low Price Guarantee:
Binding Machines Australia will meet or beat any published price on any
machine advertised on this web site**. Competitor pricing must be
documented, available for immediate shipping and publicly advertised at
the time of purchase. Our low prices are guaranteed on the product price
and not on any incidentals such as shipping.

Shipping:
Processing Time:
Your order will be processed as soon as we are able to confirm payment
(see Payment and Terms sections for detailed information).
Total Delivery Time:
The total time that it takes for you to receive your order depends on
the amount of time that it takes for us to confirm your payment,
warehouse processing time (usually 1-3 business days) and the transit
time from the carrier. In some circumstances (remote locations) transit
time can range from 3-10 business days for ground
shipping on in-stock items.
Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are received. We may split
your order into more than one shipment which will allow us to fill your
order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods:
Most articles under 25kg are shipped, unless otherwise stated, using
Couriers Please, TNT, Australia Post, or Allied Express. Items over 25kg
or those needing special handling, are shipped via truck. Shipping
charges for those items will be advised prior to shipping,
which is considered to be “dock to dock”. The transport company may
assess additional charges for services that extend beyond delivery of
the equipment to the destination, for example an additional charge for a
Residential Delivery, and Inside Delivery, or a Limited Access Delivery
may be charged.
Shipping Costs:
Binding Machines Australia Online Shopping Cart provides an average shipping cost on all of our equipment. However,
shipping costs can vary, especially for heavy equipment or equipment
that needs to be sent interstate or regional. A Customer Service
Representative will contact you with a shipping quote prior to
processing your order if the charges provided to you through our Online
Shopping Cart are different from the actual shipping costs.
Payment:
All
payments are required to be made in Australian Currency. If you reside
outside Australia, you are required to remit payment by international
money transfer. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Bankcard credit cards
ONLY. Money orders, bank cheques, and company cheques take about 5
working days to be cleared and must be written for the invoice amount,
including shipping. Purchase orders will only
be
accepted
from
approved customers.
Terms and Return Policy
Conditions:
Undamaged merchandise
must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and
be in acceptable condition for resale. Returned machines and consumables must be in their
original, undamaged packages. All goods must be delivered to us via insured,
prepaid freight and clearly addressed to the address specified by the Binding Machines
Australia.
After inspection and acceptance, a restocking fee of up to 20% (minimum
$25.00) of the original cost of the item may be charged. All shipping
expenses are to be paid by the customer. Binding Machines Australia
reserves the right to determine the value of an item that has been
exchanged or returned. The remaining value will be issued as a credit to
your Binding Machines Australia account and can be used for future purchase(s) with us as long as it is used within the time frame listed
above. Please note, shipping charges are not refundable.
Returning damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise:
If your items arrive visibly damaged, please call us immediately with a damage
report stating what damage was done to the carton on the delivery receipt, or refuse the delivery, and
contact Binding Machines Australia immediately. Unpack and check
all equipment as soon as is possible and if the incorrect item was shipped to
you or if the merchandise arrives damaged or is not working properly,
please contact us within 5 business days of arrival. Once we have
evaluated the problem, we will do our best to ensure that you receive
the correct item or a replacement item. Incorrect items will be replaced with the correct
items at no cost to you.
Orders shipped to addresses outside Australia:
Orders shipped to addresses outside Australia may be assessed a tax or
duty by the country accepting the package(s). Taxes, duties or brokerage
fees are to be paid directly by the customer and are not refundable
under any circumstances. Please check with your customs office to make
sure you understand all fees that may be assessed on your order.
